As we continue to grow, we are excited to expand our team with the addition of a Head of People in our Vietnam office (HCMC and Hanoi). This key leadership role will be instrumental in driving business growth from a people perspective, shaping a dynamic and positive office culture, and developing effective people strategies. The Head of People will oversee approximately 10 team members in the People and Corporate Operations departments, ensuring excellence and strategic alignment in all initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead and Manage Departments: Oversee 2 departments—People and Corporate Operations—comprising a total of 10 approx. members, ensuring their visibility and effective operation to support business growth.
- Develop and Execute People-Centric Business Strategy: Formulate and implement a comprehensive business strategy focused on driving growth through people initiatives. Align people strategies with company goals, encompassing learning and development, employee retention, and organizational development.
- Cultivate Office Culture: Lead initiatives to build and maintain a dynamic and positive office culture in Vietnam, adhering to AnyMind’s core values and culture.
- Enhance Working Environment: Manage employee relations, promote open communication, and spearhead employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment.
- Advise the Country Manager: Serve as a strategic advisor to the Country Manager on people and organizational matters, and work closely with department heads to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate on Regional Practices: Work with the Regional Head of each departments in Corporate Function to ensure consistency and alignment with AnyMind’s standardized practices.
- Reporting: Country Manager as primary reporting line and dotted line to Regional Head of People for alignment.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within the tech or digital marketing industry, with a track record of implementing successful people and culture strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of best practices in corporate functions such as HR, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Legal, Finance, and Communications with the ability to navigate and address challenges and opportunities from a people perspective.
- Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the company.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a demonstrated ability to execute effective business and people strategies to success the business’s goals.
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Our salary ranges are based on factors such as expectations in the job description, location-specific market data, internal parity, and the experience and skills of individual candidates. Therefore, the compensation range is $135,000.00 - $185,000.00 USD, accounting for various locations and skills/expertise.
