You’ll lead and mentor a team of recruiters, deliver exceptional hiring outcomes using our AI-driven tools, and collaborate with the product team to enhance the platform and redefine how companies hire.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Scale: Build and mentor a team of in-house and contract sourcers, building repeatable processes, owning KPIs, documenting best practices, and driving exceptional hiring outcomes.
- Own Customer Relationships: Align with customers to meet hiring goals, push back when needed, and work closely with sales to close deals while demonstrating expertise to improve customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product: Share customer insights and data to improve platform features, enhance user experience, and refine wellfound:ai tools.
